1. Tell us about the request
Explain what you would like to mark or pray for, who is involved, your country and time zone, your preferred date and whether you want photos or video. Identity documents, account details and private chat histories are not normally needed at this stage.
2. We check what can be arranged
We confirm whether the ceremony can be handled remotely and check the temple, local contacts, date, offerings and recording conditions. If personal attendance is required or remote participation is unavailable, we explain that here.
Visitor hours and a map listing do not confirm a private ceremony. Until an identifiable temple response covers the date, setting and format, the request remains pending. Travellers should avoid building a non-refundable itinerary around that provisional stage.
3. Confirm each detail
Before anything begins, we set out how the name and intention will be presented, the Thailand date and local time, required information, offerings, fee, participation, record and how changes will be handled. An in-person visit also requires a meeting point, group size, clothing, travel and language check.
Questions for an in-person traveller
Confirm the correct gate, realistic arrival buffer, walking or sitting requirements, clothing, shoes, language help and whether non-Buddhist companions or children may join. A temple visit must fit religious activity rather than requiring the temple to fit a flight connection.
Questions for a remote participant
Record both the Thai date and the participant’s local date, including any daylight-saving difference. Decide whether quiet participation is enough or whether a live connection is requested. A livestream is never assumed: temple permission, other people’s privacy and a workable connection all matter.
4. We follow the arrangement in Thailand
Names, timing, offerings and recording permission are checked again before the ceremony. If temple duties, weather or availability change the plan, we send the revised time or available options.
Any new date or venue is treated as a new operational confirmation. Previous photography permission, travel timing and access information should not be carried over without another check.
5. Receive and check the record
Where the temple permits, we send the agreed photos, short video or written note. You can check names, date and what was completed and ask for a factual or file-delivery error to be corrected.
What you decide before confirming
Please confirm the main intention, preferred name, acceptable dates, budget, privacy choice and record needs. Medical, legal, investment, travel-safety and relationship-safety issues should be handled through the appropriate practical channels.
Keep one final written version of the plan. Passport copies, banking credentials, private conversations and detailed medical information are not default booking materials. If sensitive information is said to be necessary, ask why, who will receive it and how it will be handled before sharing.
